Tallow Candle Making Workshop

Join one of our experienced instructors, as you are shown how to make your very own tallow candle. Using all-natural products from the woodland, you will be guided through every aspect of your candle.

Learn how to mould the clay dug from the ground, harvest the fuel from oil bearing animal fats (nut oil alternative available) and make your wick from natural plant fibres. You'll get to take it with you and emit a warm natural light in your own home for hours.

All tools and materials to take part in the workshop are provided.

This course is for over 16's although under 18's must be accompanied by an adult. Workshops are held at our World Of Bushcraft Centre in the Peak District, where free tea and coffee will be available.
