With each plant we will describe how to identify it, its medicinal uses and how to prepare it, making sure you're equipped with the knowledge that the world around us offers us some amazing remedies to common ailments. We will discuss the etymology, the myths and tales that you may have heard, and discover if there's any truth to those old stories.
