With its sharp blade and sturdy handle, this small trekking hatchet is the perfect companion for any outdoor adventure.  Whether you're camping, hiking, or exploring the wilderness, this axe will be right at home in your kit.  Its high-carbon steel head ensures durability and long-lasting performance, while the water-resistant wooden handle provides a comfortable and secure grip.  Its natural colour gives it a sleek and professional look that's sure to impress.  Lightweight and easy to carry, this trekking axe is a must-have for any outdoor enthusiast.

This small but mighty hatchet will serve you well for spoon carving, splitting firewood, or even splitting a round of wood to make a canoe paddle, like we did on our Yukon expedition! We were sent one of the small trekking axes by Pöul to test, and we were impressed! The build quality is up there with the other well known brands of axe. The choice of materials gives a good, hard working tool at a reasonable price. We've also used one on our bow making course to great effect.
