During this leisurely forage walk, we cover a broad range of plant identification and look at a large number of useful plants that we have right on our doorsteps.
Our instructors cover a multitude of uses from edible to medicine and camp craft to carving to give you an extensive knowledge surrounding each plant, including practical hands-on and personal experience regarding their uses. Where appropriate our instructors will also offer recipe suggestions and the best ways of processing each plant. All of this will include time for notes to be made, photographs to be taken and questions to be asked.
