StrikeFire are a UK based company producing some of the best Ferrocerium rods we've used. Favoured by instructors and used in our Fire session kits on our courses, their Ferro-rods offer some brilliant and easy to achieve sparks. Thanks to the alloy used in the rod, and when combined with this striker, it's easy to create a large shower of sparks and get fires lit first time.

These Super Alloy strikers are sharp on all corners, so it doesn't matter which way round you hold it. With a comfortable plastic grip, and a hole for some paracord to pass through, these are a no brainer to add to your kit especially if you combine them with the Ferro-rod blanks which we also stock. These allow you to make your own ferro-rod to your preferred shape and from your preferred material.

Supplied individually these strikers are good to go right out of the box. Some ferro-rods are supplied with inferior strikers, it's worth trying one of these before buying a whole new set.
