Add some versatility to your Frost River pack with one of our durable, comfy canvas padded waist belts.

Here's a way to help haul or stabilise a load in one of our big packs. Compatible with any Frost River pack with a waist belt holder built-in. Measured to correspond to what you see in trouser waist sizing, they are sized to fit 30"-44" for the Medium, and 40"-54" for the Large.

As you can see with those ranges, these belts have a lot of adjustability with the built in solid brass roller buckle and heavy duty Bridle Leather strap. One of the great features of Frost River gear is no-nonsense materials and construction, which means repairability and adjustability.

If once you get your waist belt you find that you've got lots of extra leather left in the strap, you can easily trim to a custom length with a sharp knife or good scissors (watch your fingers!). Just remember, you may want some extra room for when you're wearing cold or foul-weather gear, and then, just like you learned back in the day, measure twice, cut once.
