In this 4-hour workshop we will guide you through preparing both pigeon and rabbit with a view to cooking up the pigeon on site for you to try and sending you away with the ready-to-cook rabbit joints for your own meal!

Our experienced staff prepare and use a variety of game on a weekly basis and are happy to relate recipes and tips for cooking your game.

Learning Outcomes:

-Introduction and natural history of the Wood Pigeon.
-Preparing wood pigeon without using a knife.
-Preparing wood pigeon using a knife.
-Description of plucking and drawing.
-Cooking pigeon.
-Introduction and natural history of the Rabbit.
-Gutting and skinning.
-Jointing.
-Recommendation of cooking.

All ages welcome. Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult. Free Tea and Coffee will be available.
